The translations are on Google Docs because that's how I worked on them. When I copied and pasted, the footnotes didn't carry over... *sweat*. And then, I realized how much work it would take to copy and paste 100+ chapters. *double sweat*
Note that footnotes in Google Docs are only visible in print layout mode.
(Edited 27 Nov): After I finished translating the third arc and watching season 2 of the animation, I decided to translate all of the second arc as well so that there's more consistency in the translations. No offense to the original translation, which remains an excellent translation. I recommend you to read it.
